Your order will be despatched within 1-2 working days from when the order is placed. Please allow up to 5 working days to process your order at some special occasions (such as Christmas, Valentine’s day and Mother’s day) or for complicated customized items.
You will be given a tracking number. You can use this number in the Track and Trace Area of the Royal Mail website to find out where your order is in the delivery process. A separate email to guide how to track your item will be also sent to you.
Orders shipped on Friday will normally be delivered on Saturday or at least the next Monday apart from bank holidays. It is suggested to upgrade the service to Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day if you want your order (<£100) guaranteed for the next day, especially at busy times (Christmas, Valentine’s day and Mother’s day), for deliveries to very rural areas or if severe weather is predicted. And it is recommended to order a few days in advance of special occasions to assure that the order arrives on time.
The time frame may not apply for P.O, A.P.O or B.F.P.O destination addresses.

Packages should be inspected upon receipt and if there is any visible damage which is suspected to be caused by shipping, it must be reported to our order management team via email within 5 working days.
If shipping address is different from your billing address (when for example, you are sending a gift and want it sent directly to the recipient) please fill in the billing address next with your own credit card address, and set the intended recipient’s address as the shipping address. Please check your addresses carefully when checking out.
